Every engagement begins with a Discovery Call to understand your vision, audience, and long-term objectives. Once alignment is confirmed, a tailored proposal and contract are shared. Upon approval and a 50% deposit, your project is secured in the studio calendar.Brand Audit & Strategy
We establish a clear strategic foundation by defining your purpose, positioning, audience, competitive landscape, and core brand messaging. These insights are captured in a Brand Strategy Document that brings clarity, focus, and direction to all decisions that follow.Creative Direction
Guided by strategy, we develop a Creative Direction Document outlining your brand’s tone, colour direction, visual language, and typographic inspiration. This document sets the visual framework before design begins.Design & Development

2. BRAND COUNCIL
A focused, prepared 90-minute strategic deep dive into your brand and business. It provides an external perspective on positioning, messaging, and direction when you need clarity before taking the next step.

Brand Council focuses on brand-level decision-making rather than execution.
This includes strategic guidance on positioning, messaging, content direction, campaigns, events, and growth-related brand decisions. Preparation and review of submitted materials are included to ensure informed, relevant advice tailored to your business context. -
Brand Council is available as a one-time strategic session or as a monthly advisory. Each session lasts 90 minutes and is preceded by a focused preparation phase.
Ahead of the session, you submit up to three brand-related questions along with relevant background materials, allowing me to review your business, brand context, and current challenges in advance. Sessions are fully led by me and focused on clarity, prioritisation, and strategic direction. -
Brand Council is available as a one-off strategic session or as a monthly advisory. It is a focused strategic check-in, combining preparation and high-level brand guidance.

Monthly advisory: from €450 excl. VAT per month

3. CREATIVE DIRECTION

Creative Direction focuses on defining and safeguarding the conceptual and strategic framework behind a brand moment. This includes setting the narrative, clarifying the message, and guiding creative decisions across visual and experiential elements. My role is to ensure coherence, restraint, and alignment with the brand’s identity.
Projects may include:
Brand or campaign shoots
Business events, launches, or conferences
Shows, presentations, or public-facing brand moments
Digital or visual launches
Execution and production are managed by your internal team or selected partners.

Each project begins with strategic clarification: the intention of the moment, the audience, and the message it needs to convey. From there, I establish the creative direction and provide guidance throughout the process, reviewing work and offering informed feedback to maintain clarity and consistency.
Creative Direction is delivered as a defined project with a clear scope, timeline, and conclusion.

Creative Direction is offered on a project basis, with investment starting from €1.500 excl. VAT, depending on scope and complexity. Availability is limited to ensure focus and depth is there in each unique project.
